Pacessetter header guys?

hey i have a concern or issue...

Do your headers on the passenger side touch the body and are they very loud in the cab?

Also do they squeak when the body moves.

my passenger side header hit the frame slightly but has since put a nice long crease from engine torque so it no longer hits. Neither my wifes truck or mine do they touch the body at all.

not having the muffler would cause a low end loss due to almost zero backpressure. Is the header tube actually touching the body or just the heatshield?

this is the plan.. keep my y pipe that is 2.5 and then it will go into a single 2.5" and 2.5 core mangnaflow muffler and then have a 3" tail pipe..

matt did you have any issue with the headers touching body?

So i ordered my new muffler single 2.5" 4" Round body casing 14" in length.. so basically my y-pipe is 2.5 which will go into a single 2.5 into a 2.5 core magnaflow muffler and out to a 3" tail pipe.

this should restore what i lost... i am hoping... and also quiet the beast down.
