Bad timing?

Wat up?!, well recently in my posts I have discussed my need for a 4door truck. I decided to go ahead and post up my truck in a few of the more local advertising papers. From looking at ebay, autotraders, and lot prices seems that I will be putting my truck in right about the mid range of most stock higher milage trucks in my area.

Only problem is there still sitting there lol.

I hope to get a few calls at least off the non pictured ads which if a few bites occur I will forward into a pictured ad, ebay, autotrader etc.

So gauging some interest...

2006 XLT supercab 4x4
16,500 miles
Mods-
20' Veloche rims / 275/55/20's Pirellis 8,000 miles on them
2.5' Topgunz level
AirAid cold air intake
Magnaflow custom roush exit exhaust
Edge Evolution CPU
Roush grille
4-door Eclipse speakers
Pioneer headunit / factory unit as well
Husky floor liners

Like absolutely brand new condition!
22,000???

This is not a for sale ad, im only posting here because im gauging interest off if I have a snowballs chance or not. If for some reason ppl bite from here I will move it to classifieds! Be easy on me guys .

your price is a little high, nobodys paying that much for a used truck when they can buy a new lef over one similarly optioned for less

take into consideration the market for trucks right now is not good.. 22000 is a little high but if you can hold on till the recession gets better you may have a chance at your price

From looking at your truck... My fair market value would be at around $15k for that truck. Maybe a little less depending on how the undercarriage looks and other deciding factors.

I did a KBB for my '07... and I wanted to cry... only $6k for my truck.

Yeah I know the world is seriously low balling our trucks. In my area im well below marketed price. Local shop has got a 07 FX4 with 6' lift and wheel/tire for 30grand with 50k miles.

With that being said the trucks are practically falling apart on the lot they been there for so long. Dude I remember coming out of basic training, I was in love with a Dodge ram 1500 that a dude drove to work on post. When I got out of AIT I needed a ride and looked for a solid week for a Ram.

If you didn't have 25-30k you didn't even bother looking it was when they produced the new style in 03-04. Now man can pick up a truck for nothing, I do not want to sale my truck but the fact that I need a screw is beckoning me to try at least. This one I might have to take in the rear and keep paying it down another year or more. I honestly never though trucks would be a thing of the past.
