Wich antifeeze to use?

I was in walmart looking to buy antifeeze but I don't find the one for my truck only find one "universal" wich one are you using? Where to get it?

I have almost 130,000 miles with OEM coolant. need to change ASAP.

Thanks!

If it's the Motorcraft "Gold" long life coolant, as in my truck, that is all you can use! See your FORD DEALER! ASAP!...........

Motorcraft Gold coolant ONLY. It is made with the correct corrosion inhibitors for the metals in the engine.
