The time has come (selling truck)

Well as the title says, the time has come to sell my truck. I will be moving back to Denver, CO soon and my truck would just get abused in that climate and terrain.
I still LOVE my truck and I've put a lot of hard work and $$$ into it and it looks great IMO, but to be honest I'm more of a lifted truck guy and I really wish I would have got a 4x4 when I sold my 99' F150...but live and learn I guess. The truck may be sold already, its going to a pretty good guy in the Navy...and hopefully I can turn him on to this site

I have a few questions that I'm pretty sure you guys here can help me with.
-I really would like to get a F250 Superduty diesel 4x4(used) but under 55,000miles. Is there anything I should look for or be aware of when buying a Superduty? I'm new to diesels so any pointers and tips would be appreciated.

Also, I'm probably going to get flamed for this, I'm not really brand specific....however I do love Ford trucks, but if I found the right Chevy or Dodge I may buy it....it just has to be 4x4/Crewcab/V8.
I hope I find the perfect F250 so I can stay on the site...I love being a part of this forum. I'm trying to keep my blinders on but I keep looking at Roush/Saleen Mustangs too....it's so hard not to look , I've always wanted one but it would be very impractical in Denver.

A couple of my buddies with the newer Dodge diesels have had their trucks in multiple times for warranty work on the tranny and have had their turbo's replaced.

No sorry, everything is staying on the truck. Although I do have a Lariat Gauge cluster that I never installed and my stock XLT dash if anyone wants to make me an offer.

I know how bad it sucks to sell something you put a lot of work into. The wife and I just sold our(her) 04' Eclipse GTS. Goodluck looking for a f two fiddy...they seem very reliable from the few buddies of mine who have them.
