Does anyone know where I could purchase the FX2/FX4 style running boards for a regular cab?

I've only seen them on s-cab and s-crew's

I dont know if you can get these for a regular cab, but if you cant I had these on my supercab FX4 and did not like them (personal choice), but my father in law loved them and wanted them for his regualr cab super duty. He measured them out and took the end caps off and used a cut off wheel to cut them at the right length and angle and they look and work fine.
