Troyer underdrive pullies
I've had my Troyer pullies for a while now and zero problems. Install is easy and be sure to get the shorter belt before you start. The new setup uses a belt that is about an inch shorter than stock. I can't say about any other brands but I have read about guys running ASP or APS, it's one of those two names. I think Jeg's carries that brand.

This is the one mod I didnt go to the dyno after I put them on, but I did go to the track an it ran .3 faster with them so they do help out and they are not hard to install you just need a 3 jaw pulley puller that you can rent from any parts place and some basic hand tools.
I had them, easy to install if you're familiar with removing pullies. Even if not the instructions are sufficient. I had Troyer pullies, they helped me a tad off the line but it was HARDLY noticeable. I took them off, I left on my e-fans, intake, exhaust, removed cats and every other engine mod. Those were the only mod I removed from disappointment. But to each his own, sounds like some felt more...
I am very happy with them. The biggest thing I noticed was better acceleration. I can't say my mileage changed a lot but I can tell you it didn't drop even after the bigger tires were installed.
