Help! Getting bad vibration on rough highways

If I put this in the wrong section please move.

Over a month ago. I has getting a bad vibration in the front end. Jacked up the truck Checked the front wheels , move top to bottom ,no play. moved side to side , lots of play, Rack and 1 outer tie rod were shot. Replaced Rack and both tie rods. Also installed new sway bar links & steering stabilizers.
Tires (BFG TA KO) have about 40000 miles on them. Still has life in them. Tire pressure at 45.
Upper and bottom ball joints are fine.
Did a wheel alignment.

Well the problem is still there. Better but still noticable. It only vibrates on rough highways.

What should I look for?
