Trouble starting

I have an 06 FX4 and over the last month or so I have been having a problem starting the truck when the temperature gets pretty cold. If the truck sits longer than 10 hours I will have to jump it and other times the truck will struggle to start and when it does the gauges on the dash will bounce around and you can hear a loud clicking noise (very rapidly) I am wondering if this is a battery issue as I have tested the battery and it test good! Any ideas?

Thanks guys!

yeah i would check the battery. mine was sitting for 48 hrs+ when it was -30 below and it fired right up, yeah it was slow turning over but it took right off. word on the street here, is the ford stock batteries are junk. your truck being an 06, the battery is probably 3 yrs old already.

Yep, sounds like the battery.

That being said, my original is still going strong.
