so last night doing my big 3 i took my ca671 brain out because it kept going off when connecting the battery, then i couldnt get it figured out putting it back in and of course the instructions are at my parents house 2 hours away with a truck that wouldnt start. i emailed travis aksing for the instruction and got an almost instant response with the instructions. great service

I have had great service from him as well.

This winter my SRT9000 alarm/remote start took a dive. I could not get it to remote start. I talked to Travis he told me to pack up the brain and remotes send it to him and he would do a direct swap out. I did and he sent it to me as soon as his supplier got some in stock. Can't say enough good things about Travis, he always is willing to walk me through any issues I am having with the install if any. And his pre-wire instructions are second to none!
