09 emblem camera fit an 05???

09 emblem camera fit an 05???
Does anyone know if the 09 emblem camera will fit an 05? I'd love to install the 09 camera system instead of doing an aftermarket setup.
*Update* Just got off the phone with a Ford dealer and they said that the 09 emblem won't fit the 05 and the 08 tailgate handle won't fit the 05! ARGH! Does anyone know how to modify these to make them fit??? I really don't want to place the camera in any other position!
