i did mine to be like a lightning but its not like the official lightning concept. people ask me all the time though if its a lightning...

 

it sucks that ford killed the lightning, but i'm glad they make the nightmare. alot more badazz and way more rare. and the saleen's are vicious!

 

you can take your truck to cervinis and make it look like the concept for only $19,500!

plus spend another $8,400 for the supercharger, headers and brake upgrades!(actually not too bad a deal once u shell out the 19k...)

they do sell the body stuff individually but it aint cheap either...

Yeah JDM made what I would call a lightning/saleen hybrid haha. Parts from s331 and the cervinis kit that was mentioned. Single cab all white truck supposed to put down 450-500 RWHP. Think it's running 13's. It's also on the cover of Ford Truck Performance magizine this month. Closest thing out there right now IMO

 

I love your truck. I can see why people would mistake it for a Lightning.

IMO, I'd take a Saleen over any others out there.

Isn't the Raptor supposed to be the new Lightning?

it is being made by svt and i guess you could say is sort of their replacement for the lightning, but its definately nothing like the lightning...

 

achap that is one sharp pick up truck what about roush? there stuff is nice, or the new foose only wish it was a reg cab.

but has far as diy goes i think smok][n has the closest.

i hear almost everyday "are those lightning wheels" about my truck and i always want to say ya dumb@$$ the 5 lug wheels off a lightning will bolt right up to my 6 lug. but hey not everyone is as deticated

 

is that the one they just featured in ford performance trucks? didn't magnaflow build that? maybe i'm wrong its a badassmofo
