Welcome to the forum.
This same thread gets posted probably atleast once a day, look around a bit.

35x12.50R18 BFG KM2's on stock 18" wheels, no rubbing with Bilstein 2" leveling kit.
Some tires will rub due to side lug or slightly different sizing. A lot of 35's will rub the lower control arm at full lock. Some will rub the upper control arm with big tread on the sidewall. Aftermarket wheels change everything...

I was thinking about going with the tires you have on your white truck there and just adding a 1/4 inch spacer on my stock rim to kick it out a little bit, do you think that would work ok ??

Anyone know the widest tallest tire you could fit on a 17" OEm rim? I have leveling kit and AAL.

ok im just gonna say this and clear up every question.

stock wheels= 12.5" wide tire max
2wd w/ 2" leveling= 33/12.50"
4wd w/ 2" leveling= 35/12.50"

if you add 1/4" spacer you might not be able to run the 35's, it can cause more rubbing, you can try it but expect slight rubbing.

I totally agree. Just to clarify even more, the stock 17" and 18" wheels are only 7.5 wide, so it makes for a tight sqeeze getting a 12.5 tire on a 7.5 wheel. The stock 20's are 8.5 wide so if you push it you could probably get a 13.5 on them.

That should keep you busy for a couple days. If you can't find what you're looking for in there. Then it probably doesn't exist.
