On the Sig...it's hard to tell on my end...my monitor at home is 23" and work is a 21" so it looks fine to me. Pimprohr said it makes his phone do funny things.
I guess I better make a new one....again!

Sig images should be no larger than 500x100 pixels. Give or take.

As long as your sig image and sig text isn't humongous or full picture size we usually slide on the 500/100 recommendation these days.
Your sig text is fine, just like we like it, it's when people
list
their
mods
like
this
is
where
we
have
problems.
Too
many
lines
of
text
makes
for
excessive
scrolling.
As for the HD grille, Tasca is a fine choice.
