Hey guys my '06 FX4 is having 4x4 problems this winter. Previously I had a new IWE soleniod installed last summer after having some random brutal grinding noises. What I've noticed this winter is that in 4HI the truck makes a moaning sound at coast and on decel, I'm also feeling a slight vibration. If I return the truck to 2WD the noise and vibration remains until the truck reaches a full stop, after which the noise in 2WD is gone. My guess is one of the IWE's was damaged from last summers grinding because of the failed solenoid. What do you guys think?
