I think the new one fits the style of the truck better and it looks mean without the steps.

Looks good but aren't they the same just with chrome? I like the all black look but you can see right through the grille now and im not fond of that look but now you can put some slim lights behind there.

Actually I thought they were the same structurally but they're not. I noticed while doing the swap the Roush grille is beefier and has more plastic to make it sturdy. The FX2 has less plastic but has a metal center support piece for strength.

The lighting in the dusk pictures makes it easier to see past the FX2 grille.

Seems as if the only thing wrong with that trade is that I was not in the middle. Freddy, you should have wanted the XLT honeycomb and I could have ended up with the Roush.

LOL, funny you say that b/c I'm in a possible 3 way deal for headlights right now. My FX2's to 'bankrpt'. 'bankrpt's projectors to 'thenewbreed'. 'thenewbreed's Harleys to me.

Now if your headlight 3 way trade were only as easy as the grille trade as far as meeting up goes.

Yeah unfortunately not. I'm here in the DFW. 'thenewbreed' is in Houston. And 'bankrpt' is Arkansas, I think.

Well, they could both meet you half way, DFW.
