Since the weather has been much colder here lately I have noticed a very slight tapping noise on a cold start...the noise sticks around for a minute or two until the truck warms up and then it is quiet.

Do you think it is just bad gas?
I use motorcraft oil and filters just to rule that out

Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you
