BOSS F150 Concept

Just want to see what kind of responses this design would get. I just finished rendering my vision of what would be a 04-08 "BOSS F-150"

This is the plan going forward on my truck. Lots more things to be done.....obviously. I have the stripe cut and ready to go, but still need to have the fender emblems shaved first. Other major changes would include changing the wheels completley, and adding a shaker hood, 3D Carbon body kit, painted bumpers/fog lights, etc, etc.... a ton of things still! .......anywhoo stay tune for updates.....this may be finished in oh....the next 5-6 years hahahahaah, Its my dream though Let me know what you guys think.

you using the wheels you have now? didn't see anything about dropping the truck.

if your truck ends up looking half as good as the drawing your truck will look sick!

Maybe some 5 spokes instead of 6 spokes. Other then that it looks good.

No I'll be changing wheels from 20" Akuzas to 22" American Racing Shelby Razors. I already have a 2/4 McGaughy's drop in my truck. 22"s on there will fill those wheel wells much nicer.......Wish I never would have gotten 20"s

Yeah but going with a 5 spoke wheel that uses a 6x135 bolt pattern severely limits your wheel options......

I like it, but let me go ahead and tell you the bad stuff

There are holes behind the emblems (you may have already known this)

And the CDC shaker is expensive and will not work with your airaid intake

I have/had the shaker on mine. I just recently installed a supercharger on my truck and I'm left with a big hole in the hood, looks like I will have to mount the scoop on the bottom side of the hood to plug the hole.

The good news, see if you can buy just a scoop and I'll make you a deal on the other hardware

The Shelby Razors will look sick, personally I hate 5 spoke wheels on trucks-look too much like car wheels and with the larger diameter wheels, 5 spokes show too much brakes...unless you plan on putting a big brake kit on, then 5 spokes wouldn't look too bad.

I got the chrome AR Razor 6 22" wheels and they weigh 39 lbs each. With Toyo Proxes S/T 285/45-22 tires, the combined weight is 84lbs. The OEM 20s with Pirelli Scorpion A/T tires I had on it before the Razors weighed 85 lbs.

Hey Kyle....yeah I have re-searched all this stuff, you are right there is a dime size hole behind each fender eblem, that has to be welded/ prepped and painted. Thats why I dont have the stripe on! Hahah. Yeah as soon as I can get the shaker the AirRaid goes to eBay. I also will have to get my XCal 2 re-programmed by Troyer. So you have the shaker scoop still mounted just not hooked up? Can the shaker and the supercharger not be configured to work together? I was wondering that too. Thanks for your time and responses guys...

Doesn't look like it will work at all

Currently it is not mounted, I will be trying to weld up some brackets to mount it this weekend.
