My windshield wipers started creaking and clunking...

We have had a lot of rain the past few days, and last night, while travelling home, my wipers starting clunking pretty loud. It seems to be the passenger side, and originates below the arm's splines somewhere. When flipping the blades away from the windshield, and checking them, the passsenger side does seem noticeably wobblier than the driver's side. The blades themselves are only two weeks old, and nice and tight. The arms fit on the shafts as they should.

The creaking and clunking occurs mostly as the blade reaches the top and bottom of the stroke. It sounds like something is loose under the cowl, and I am afraid the thing is going to come apart. It is pretty annoying.

The truck is still under warranty, and if something needs replaced I will take it in, but if something just needs tightening I want to do it, as the dealer is 50+ miles away, and they usually need the truck for more than a day to make repairs. I am going to try to pull the cowl tonight and have a look, to see if this is something I can take care of easily.

Anyone else dealt with this, find out the cause, have any tips or ideas on what to check?
