Front Spring Removal

Just bought the Eibach 2/4 lowering pro kit for my f150 w/ 24 inch wheels.
Question, is the front spring removal an easy thing to do or do I need special tools or take it to a shop? I dont think Ive seen a regular cab f150 with a 2/4 or lower drop on 24's on f150online.com. Anybody done this??? I would love any help,

The rear leaf spring removal looks pretty easy to do, I will however cut the front leaf spring bolt on both sides, rather than to lower my gas tank and muffler, I bought some new ones from Ford for about 9 bucks.

thanks guys and gals

its easy

visegrips
remove swaybar nuts first (18mm i think)
3 bolts on top of spring are 15mm (i think)
18mm for balljoint (top of spindle)
30mm (i think) for bottom of spring, and it should then come out!

EDIT this might help:

getting the spring shock assembly out of the truck is easy, but to swap the coils u need a very heavy duty spring compressor. i recomend removing them and bringing them to a shop to get swapped over.

Rent or buy a spring compressor from autozone or somewhere else. I just did nine, moved my GF springs into some Eibach dampers. Pretty easy but be careful.

to seperate the upper control arm from the spindel, I removed the nut that holds the upper control arm on supported the truck from the frame with a jack stand. and used a 4 pound shop hammer to give a few good hits where the upper ball joint attaches to the spindle and when it moves it will seperate under the spring pressure of the strut
