Grinding noise on right front only

Ok folks, here is my problem. Everytime i turn either right or left specially on uneven road, driveway, parking lot, even when backing up, it grinds or creeks like crazy and it turns head all the time. ( i have the 2" spacer ) Its only on the right side>

Sounds get worst every day so i stop using it. I jack the truck grab the tire top to bottom, rock it and it has a play but not on side to side. If it is the balljoint. How do i iknow if it is the upper or lower? I remove the tire while its still up and i don't see any tear on either balljoint. How can you tell a bad balljoint? Could it be something else? Any advice will greatly appreciated.

Thanks

could the tire be rubbing on the fender or tie rods?

From: San Diego Ca,
No, It grinds even in a slightest turn, it doesn't make noise when you just turn the wheel either way with just the engine running, even in full lock, as long as its not moving and turning.

Thanks

a squeaking ball joint means its outta grease, try spraying it with wd-40 or some other lube and see if it goes away. if either the top or bottom is bad, usually the other aint too far from being wore out. if it was my truck, i'd change both top and bottom on both sides, get it all done in 1 shot and don't have to worry about it for a while.
