Question Rough idle in Reverse?

Okay.. My truck drives and idles fine in Park, Nuetral, & Drive, but for the past few weeks I've started to notice that my Reverse idles a bit rough when I start hitting the brakes. I can recreate the sound/vibration, so I'm curious if I should bring it into the dealer.. question is, any idea what might be causing it to run so rough only in Reverse? Maybe it's my tunes? I'm running a 93perf tune from VMP right now, I'm gonna switch down to the 87 to see if there's any dif. I had boosted the drive idle to about 750rpms and the neutral idle to 700rpms, but unfortunately, there's no reverse idle setting.. lol

The noise and vibration sounds pretty rough, it feels like the truck is thirsty, and maybe want's to stall? it's a real dry, raspy sound.. the RPMs aren't surging or anything, so I dunno..

help please? lol..

my stock intake vibrates pretty bad if im in gear (forward or reverse) and stopped when the trucks warmed up... it buzzes pretty bad and you can feel it in the floor board... almost sounds like a heat sheild, metal on metal kinda sound.
