Saw you pull into get gas at Phillips 66 last Friday. I was filling up my beater Cavi at BP. Was gonna stop by and say hi, but I had a plane to catch in St. Louis. Truck looks good. Drunk friends = Derek?

They are holding up pretty good for being duplicolor spray paint. When I got my camper painted I learned more about why the color doesn't match as well. I guess the stock CX code for DSG does not have near enough metallic in it like my paint. CX is more like a gray primer than paint. So when we choose the color for the camper, I chose something with a bunch of metallic. It came out pretty close.

I would say go for it, but just remember to take your time and do alot of prep. I was kinda rushed when I did mine, and got a little overspray from the primer on them. Probably won't have this truck for another 6 months, so I am not going to redo them.

No, Derek has alot more sense than that. Plus I am sure he could get out where this little explorer was stuck.

I have gotten similar phone calls from these guys earlier this year. One time being stuck in the mud, another being stuck in a river. Needless to say they totaled out the river stuck. I guess when you get an rolla engineer together with alcohol and women, all common sense just goes out the window.

Well, I might of jumped the gun by saying I was selling. I guess we will see. But, to answer your question I am a graduating mechanial engineer in May 2009 and I got a job with another automotive company besides Ford. If I mentioned the name I am sure I would get flamed!! Gotta go to who's hiring.

We must be thinking of a different Derek then... Derek has the green Cummins... He's done that a few times...
