I cant remember if its for this style or the pre 04 trucks, but Im almost possitive there is a TSB out on the window being slow as heck because it was a fairly common problem. I believe the fix was just to pull off the door panel and lube a few things, not sure if they adjusted anything or not.
I just remember glancing at the TSB quicklike a while back....

In every car/truck I've owned one window would always be faster than the others.

I'm pretty sure this is probably common in most vehicles. I know in my 05 the passenger side window will roll up just a little faster than my driver.

Try spraying silicone spray on the windows and weatherstrips...makes a big difference...just make sure to wipe it off really well or you wont be able to see much

Well...............

It is just another thing you can add to the list of problems with these trucks. Pretty unbelievable Ford designed, produced, and released these trucks. I have had the motors replaced in mine and I still have problems with the passenger side. Mine is a 04 with 80K miles. It has been basically falling apart for 2 years now, not to even mention the spark plug issue. I just can't afford to get rid of it right now. I always loved Ford until I finally got the 150; guess you have to be careful what you wish for
