Bolt Over Billets

Can any one show me some pix of their truck or direct me to some pix with a Bolt Over style Billet Grill? I know that you're going to tell me to go with a replacement grill, but I am looking for an easy install. Also, how easy is it to remove the front Ford Badge/Logo? I would really like to have the look of a Billet Front with no logo. I have an '06 with the Honeycomb style grille. Some people have mentioned that you can still see the Honeycomb through the Bolt Over, but I would like to see for myself how obvious it really is.

Thanks,
Steve

Standing directly in front of my truck, yes, you can see the honeycomb.... but from the side, it is undetectable.

(Pictures are from before I replaced all my badges..... ack!)

Hope this helps.....

Was it fairly simple to install? Mine doesn't have the Black Bars like yours, so it might even be easier I would assume...

You might not want to hear this, but...

A replacement grille only takes about 20 min. to replace. Just undo 4 bolts holding the grille/surround, pull the old one out, snap the new one in and bolt it back on your truck.

The ROUSH grille can be had for $80 shipped and it looks clean with no emblem.

Where can I find this? I saw one on the ROUSH site for $198... Can't be the same thing you're talking about.

I wanted a cheap bolt over grille too. After putting it on, it just doesn't look right. SO it's going to be my step-dads xmas gift and I get one of those Roush grilles listed above!

Is that what's on your truck now? In your gallery? That looks pretty good. What don't you like about it?
What brand is it?

I got it for about $60 on ebay. The actual quality isn't that great. A few of the bars aren't straight, and thing's don't line up correctly. It says that it sells for $21 but they add like $40 for shipping and handling. I can't really recommend it because of the poor quality, but the Roush grille is the one you really want.

Edit: I'm pretty sure if you want to get rid of the emblem you'll have to go with a full replacement.

Good call, Steve. The install is very straight forward and it is OEM quality. You'll be more than pleased when you open up that big, white ROUSH box

Roush grille is a simple perfect fit(About 20 mins) you can re-mount your ford badge if you wish also.

Another vote for a replacement grille. Bolt overs are just ugly.
