Yeah it was not an S10, I wasnt positive. Im definetly sold on the safety of an F-150 after going thru this. My girlfriend actually has an S10 (my temporary ride for a while). Its a nice ride we took it on vacation to GA over the summer. Shes got the 4 door which I have not seen many of.

Glad to hear that your are okay!

The truck you're looking at is nice with good miles too. You can get some pretty smokin' deals right now on brand new trucks though!

Glad to hear you're ok.

Im over by USF and the DD's are ridiculous. Driving home at night is more riskier than driving w/ a 16 year old girl on her cell phone. Cops sit right outside my apt complex and nail people leaving the parties.

Know the hospital the jagoff is at? maybe we can insure his other ankle (is broken)...

wow.... sorry for your loss man. Must be tough.

We have the body guys next door, I see cars comin in all the time, torn apart, t-boned etc, and seeing thos pics, of a F150 t-boned at 50 MPH.... and the door still opens ??? Now that is impressive to me. Most of these newer cars/trucks simply fall apart when hit like that.

Make sure you shop around and make the dealer give you a fair price. They are itching to get these 08's off the lots and away from them. Like someone said, I see them going for 1/2 list price regularly, and even lower. I saw a brand new Chevy (i know, just an example) duramax diesel for sale, asking something like 27k. I just dropped my jaw ! Truck prices have come down soooooo low. Good luck with the insurance mess, and the new truck search. Glad all is well.

Ya man, thats kinda how I felt. i bought my truck back whe it had a frickin sticker price of 38 !!! (didn't pay that much, but still, a sticker price that high is un-heard of right now)

I saw it out in this po-dunk town outside hollister on the last wheelin trip. Me, and my buddy I was riding with (04 F250 diesel) saw it on the lot, on one of those ramps to display it higher up. We stopped, got out just to look. It was 2x4, and didn't have much in the way of options, but it DID have the diesel. We waited around to get a sales guy out there, wanted to be sure it was NEW NEW, but they guy never came. Even low miles, seemed like a STEAL !! But, it is a Chevy !

On that note, OP, look around ! You can find em !
