Key pad entry

Hello Yall, I have been told that you can find the 4 digit number for the key pad entry on the back seat of your truck, but my question is where would it be for a regular cab truck like mine?

thanks to whoever can answer my question

it's usually on the back wall behind the carpeting...not on the seat.

there will be a little electrical box with a sticker on the outside. the key code is on that sticker

Silly question TT, but did you buy the truck new? From the factory they put the card in the manual in the glove box, even in the ones that don't have the keypad. Sometimes the salesman takes it out if the truck doesn't have keypad and sometimes it gets left out or lost. My '04 had it in the manual and the salesman didn't remove it even though I asked him why it had the card when it had no keypad. He just played dumb- or maybe it wasn't an act. Otherwise, you have your info of where to find it.
