Anybody running Nitto Terra Grapplers...

... on a truck with a 2.5" leveling kit?

I'm looking to get a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers for my FX4 and plan on putting them on the stock 18" FX4 wheels.

I'm thinking of maybe a 325/65 or 325/60 but I'm not sure if they will fit because of the width. Or a 275/70 but I'm concerned it might be too small on the leveled truck (it's a 33.25/11 equivalent)

So what do you guys think?

I just spent an hour digging through old posts, sounds like the 325/65 will fit...

Anybody running this combo these days?

Just about everybody with a leveling kit is running them.

i think a 325/65/18 is a 13" wide tire. thats to wide for an oem rim. the max you want to do is a 12.5" wide tire. double check the width before you spend all of that money on them.

There are people on here running a 325 tire on stock rims but I wouldn't do it. If I remember right Nitto specs a 9 or 9.5" min width rim. I have the Toyo 325/60/18 on 9" wheels and personally they still look a little too wide for my wheels. I think my next tires will be 305's. Also some tire shops will refuse to put that wide of a tire on such a narrow rim, it will more than likely wear the center of the tire more.

I agree. A 325mm tire is too wide for the OEM wheels. If you are gonna keep the oem 18x7.5 inch wheels, the 285/65-18 (33x11.50) would be your best choice.

That a whopping 1/2" difference... is it really that big of a deal? And on top of that the 325/60 people are running is only .16" narrower than 65.

My problem with the 325/60/18 is that it's only about a 33... seems too small to me for a 2 1/2" spacer. Shoot the stock tires are like a 32.somethin.

And I'm stuck with Nitto or else I would get a 305 BFG...

The 325/60/18's are not equivelent to a 33. They are a 35, almost a 36. I have the 325/60/20's on my incubus rims, I like them so far. However, my truck came unaligned and it cause a little more ware on the front tires. But I took car of that and got the rotated. If I could just stop peeling out. lol.

According to Nittotire.com...

LT325/60R/18 = 32.99x12.83
LT325/65R/18 = 34.88x12.99

Not sure where you got this info but it's not even close. By formula the 325/60/18 is approx. 33.3" tall.

Yup, no flaming from me, just informing.

I know what sizes I'm looking at, I'm just curious if anybody is currently running this tire/wheel combo. I found tons of info from the past and it's pretty positive. Most fit with no/little rubbing. But I though I heard something about the Nittos having ball joint clearance issues recently... could be wrong though...

I guess worst case scenario is I get them, don't like em, sell em, and get BFG's...

I have 295/17's with a 2" AS. They have worked well in the desert and rain.

Couple of pics here https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...ttos-cost.html

I was thinking about my tires, I have the 20's, therefor 2 inches bigger.
