Theres a leak somewhere!

As I am going in to work this morning I notice theres a loud intermittent noise coming from the front right of the truck. The air goes out and the truck is sputtering and not running well at all. I get to work, pop the hood, and feel air coming up from the passenger side valve cover. What could this be? I have a straight back exhaust with no cats from the header. Could a weld have blown where the header/exhaust join?

Any thoughts? I have an appointment with the muffler shop tomorrow morning. Hopefully its something with the exhaust.

Like, air coming out of the valve cover gasket, or around the PCV valve or what?

Faulty/plugged PCV system maybe...
Hard telling without really knowing exactly what is going on...
