Supercrew Center Seat Belt

Just noticed that my center seatbelt seems to be a shoulder only harness without a lap belt. Is this correct or am I missing something?

in the rear seat? it should be a shoulder/lap belt....

For some reason mine isn't. Can't figure it out. I am sure it is an easy fix just can't figure out what is wrong.

Figured it out. Apparently someone removed the rear seat at one time and forgot about routing the belt in front of the seat.
