How can you you tell if your injectors are sticking?

I know the injector issue is for 05-06's and mine is an 07 (early build 12/06) but it has been doing weird things lately. When I stop at a redlight, it idles fine, but when I pull away the truck sputters and acts like the old carbs did when they flooded. After I get up to 15-20 mph it goes away. This does not happen all the time, I may go days with out it happening, or it might happen twice in one day. It kinda feels like the engine is loading up on fuel, and when you pull away and get the rpm's up it goes away. It happens with the A/C on or off, so its not the idle speed, I don't think its the tune or it would happen all the time. I'm beginning to think one of my injectors is sticking or leaking and that is what is causing my sputtering.

On my mustang it looked like a blown headgasket. It blew tons of smoke and smelled like death
