New Power Fold Info

Is there any new info on adding power folding mirrors? I just purchased an 08 FX4 Super Crew and would like to add them and keep everything facory Ford parts. Thanks

not sure how easy the conversion would be from what you have but i did test drive a 08 f150 king ranch while mine was in shop and it had the power fold feature. I would be interested as well in the how to

It is now part of the mirror upgrade package i believe. It had the same adjuster as we do on the inside of the door just the pull down to close feature as in the super dutys. I did however ask my neighbor who works at ford and he said they are more trouble then they are worth because they break alot so i dunno

I think it's just a plug and play for your truck, but you might have to swap out the switch to get one that has the fold switch function.

Steve I copied that but it says for 2005 F150. All the post I've read are from 2005 and I was hoping somebody has done it on a 07-08 that might have some new info. I have a relay under the dash on the drivers side that I think is for power fold. Anybody know?
