Chivo Falls run

Some pics from today. Didn't get to take many since I forgot my memory stick. Pretty rocky trail but fun and a pretty rewarding end. My skid plate made friends with a rock I landed on (couldn't see anything) after coming up a ridge. Really glad I have a full-coverage skid plate, would be a little nervous if I had a rize or fabtech, rocks would tear up that pretty looking crossmember and not sure if I'd really trust it to protect much, AZ just has way too damn many rocks and boulders. Pics

Nice truck. Where are those falls located at in Tucson? Hopefully you don't have to climb that trail my 2x4 doesn't like rocks!

Thanks man, trail is located off of the 8 mile marker on redington pass road. There are a few spots on that trail that are pretty steep and have nothing but boulders for climbing on (AZ needs more dirt less rocks ). Limited slip or even better, a locker will come in real handy. Wouldn't try it in a 2 wheel drive right now, pretty washed out from the monsoon season and even when it's not washed out a 2 wheel drive would need a locker to stay alive, not to mention a damn good driver (which I'm not at all )

If I ever need to get it off I'll have no problem, just might be a little violent . The KM2's were great on the rocks, I had them at 25 psi and they climbed over everything today with no problem and the sidewalls took a decent beating hugging rocks and never flinched. I'm sure you'll love these tires

I didn't think Tucson was that green. What are those wild little pigs that live there that'll take a bite out of you anyway?

It usually isn't but during the monsoon season it gets a little green...for a desert at least. Lost me on the wild pigs but there's plenty of coyotes
