Help- no start

2004 f-150 XLT 5.4 I have recently changed the throttle body. while i did i disconnected the battery. when i went to start it up after, there was nothing. all i heard was a click from the fuse box. the check engine, ETC, and the battery lights all come on. the radio and all other electronic devices work. so far i have checked the battery and cable. the relays are good and there is power getting to the TB. there is, however, no power getting to the starter. i am at my wits end. i don't know what else to check. any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I am not sure if this would cause a no start but did you make sure you reconnected the TPS & Maf senors?

Even more frustrated. i tried to plug an OBD 2 into the PCM and all it kept saying is that it was unable to create a link with the PCM. i have absolutely no idea what i can do!
