E-fans problem

Well I have had my fans that I bought from Jusnes for about a year now, the relays have gone out several times and now I am having a bigger problem. For some reason after working fine for a year, the controllers decided to start sending a signal down the line taped into the compressor on wire forcing the compressor to run constantly. So I cut the wire to the controllers and to get by for a few days, now one of the fans won't come on even after replacing the relay. So I am figuring to replace the controllers, any suggestions on what the best controller to go with would be?

Do you happen to know what the fans are, or just the amperage draw of them. I think its 25A but im not positive. I think I am going to order the fk50p from dccontrol.com I like that it is variable, and that I can wire both fans into one controller. Plus the temp sensor looks a lot better than the ones that were on the kit I bought.

if you run the temp part of the controller onto the control side of the relay you dont really have to worry about the amperage of the fans burning up the controllers. Just make sure you have a relay rated high enough for one or both fans depending on how you want to set up your fans

im not sure what fans you have because, he switched fans right before the group buy a year or 2 back and since then has changed again, when i got a replacement fan from him it was completely different and way weaker

Thanks for the help fellas, I don't think they will draw over 50 amps so I think I will be ok.

i got fed up with mine, so i switched back to an aluminum race fan. a quarter of the weight and 6 less blades than the stock boat anchor. and i don't have to worry about frying fuses, relays and wires.
