Cabin filter??????

Cabin filter??????

Yesterday I was on the fram website looking for a fuel filter for my truck. And right above the fuel filter was a cabin filter. There was a note saying kit F65Z-18D477AA had to be installed. I wanted to see what you guys knew about this before I call a dealer to get one. I didn’t think you could get cabin filters on these trucks?

It's for 97-03 and some Expeditions. Also I think available for some F250s. Not the 150.

Had one in my old Taurus, worked very well. Wish it was available on the F150.

Yea so do i. My old Sable had it and the vents were like new. No dust or crap building up in there.

FWIW, if you look up a CAF at Advance it says to get some Ford part (probably the same as mentioned above) to use a Purolator brand CAF.
