DC Controls...

I know a lot of you have ordered from them in the past with no problem. on 6/25 i placed my order for an FK35. Getting home from work today, I still have no controller. I've emailed them twice and both times, have not gotten a response. I don't even know whether to expect it via USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.... at anyrate, on his website, it says 10 business days lead time. i'm guessing that's 10 business days before it ships. those of you that got yours, how long did it take and through what carrier did you receive it? if he doesn't respond to my emails, or if i don't receive my controller soon, i'm pretty close to contacting paypal for a refund.

I think mine took less than 10 days (maybe 4-5 days...) but this around 4 months ago so he may have have been less busy then?

I'm trying to remember what it came in, but I can't remember. Lemme see if I can find the box...

EDIT: Found the box USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate Box.

i thought it might be USPS. i understand it's cheaper, but i like having the tracking option. he's responded to threads on this forum before, and no one else has had a problem with him. i wonder what gives?

edit: I was emailing sales@dccontrol. i got that address from the paypal receipt, so i just tried sending an email to support@dccontrol from his website. hopefully that one works.

I remember there was a phone number on one of the instruction papers for technical support, or something like that. I don't know where mine is, but maybe it could be on one of the instruction pages on their site?

I hope you get yours soon, I know that this time of the year when it is hot he may get more orders. It is a great unit, but not receiving it sucks....

I used two pieces of steel and welded them together to create a upside down ramp to grab the radiator.

Just received my shipping notification from them today. I guess he was a little behind, no biggie. I just wanted to update this so other members wouldn't be steered away from what I understand is a good product.
