Anyone else heard this from the dealership? I am trying to get my regulator on my driver side replaced under warranty. Just dealership BS or has anyone else heard of this?

 

No, doesn't appear to be any issues with any of the regulators.

Front, rear, Crew, Reg, or Scab. All part #'s are avail from my depots in FL.

Call 'em on it.

 

This could be the result of a lazy parts man. If he put forth a little effort, he could find one even if it is on national backorder at his warehouse. He doesn't try harder because it is warranty and there isn't anything in it for him.

 

Mine went out about 2 weeks ago. Every dealer in my area had more than one. Just a matter of calling to find the cheapest. Try a different dealer if you can.
