Need spare tire everything!

Ok, so I dont have anything at all in which to change out my spare tire on my F150. Just got back from camping and my friend blew a tire out on a rock. I have a spare tire, but dont have a jack or anything in which to change out a tire nor get the spare out.

Is there a kit or something I can buy? I was stupid and bought my truck and failed to realize I didnt any way to change flat tire!

Anything would be helpful!

Thanks

You can find jacks and lug wrenches at any hardware or auto parts stores.
