Help! Getting truck ready for holiday weekend. Installed edge I bought used. Everything by the book and went fine...except... when I went to start it would not (restored to stock w/ no luck)! I called support and they are closed and need truck NOW. Please help!!! Thanks- Greg

 

what symptoms are you having???
dim lights?
clicking?
or just plain nothing works??


I'd say check your battery?? just a shot in the dark???

 

give edge a call when they open, i had a similar thing happen to me when it would just do nothing, engine wouldnt turn or anything. they will walk you through a few things and then they have some files they can upload from them to your edge to try and reset everything... if all that fails you will have to get a tow and reflash from your dealer, which is what i ended up having to have....

 

Just plain nothing. I was afraid of the tow thing. How much did the dealer charge? &^%$*#@!!!

 

if you tell them you just need a reflash due to the turner i believe thats around 100.... if you have them look around incase thats not the actual issue it will be more... give edge a call tho, because like i said they can upload somekind of reflash onto the evo.... just didnt work for me....
