Check engine light at 8 miles.
I took my new truck from the dealer (2008 4.6 xl 4x4 extended cab) and got a check engine light 8 miles from the dealer. It had only 14 miles in the odometer at that time. I took it back the next day and they told me the O2 sensor was responding slow and they replaced it. Then I drove 20 miles and the CEL is lit again
. I know that the service dept. of this dealer was unable to fix electrical problems in an 1999 F 150, but I tought a CEL for an O2 sensor was straight foward enough for them to handle. I think I got a Lemon. What sould I do

You have to check the specific laws for where you live in regards to a vehicle being a lemon, and from what I could (couldn't would probably be better) find, doesn't seem to be anything too clear for Puerto Rico. Either way, taking it to get serviced one time and it not being fixed most likely wouldn't constitute a lemon anyways.
I'd take it back and try again.

*sarcasm* Oh yeah, because 2 CELs after 28 miles should be acceptable.
I would hold off on lemon calling at this point. It could be another 02 is bad or they misdiagnosed the problem the first time. Occasionally things happen...take it back and have them try again.
Acceptable, of course not. But grounds for a lemon-law buy back? Get real.
