Leveling Kit Questions

I ordered a set of General Grabber AT2's. I was trying to decided between them and the Firestone Destinations which i liked the Firestone much better but i had almost a 600 dollar difference in the two. My dad works for General so he gets a huge discount on the tires. So i just went ahead and purchased the Grabbers seemed stupid not to. Monday i will be ordering some Eagle Alloy 186 series.

My question is does the truck have to be re-aligned immediately after you install the leveling kit. The tires should be here Monday and the wheels will be ordered Monday so at latest the end of next week. The only problem is next weekend i may not have time to install the leveling kit but i have time now. But, if i install it now do i have to re-align it? Or, can i wait till i get the new tires on then go an re-align? I'm afraid i can't but i just wanted to ask.

you will need to re-align after you put the levelling kit on. I'd go ahead and put the kit on while you have the time, then take it to get aligned. That way you can just bolt the new rims/tired on when they're ready and cruise.

that's how I did it...

I'd wait untill the wheels and tires are on to get it aligned, unless you want to do it twice.

Yeah that's what i was also afraid of. I figured it would be better to wait so that its aligned for the new tires. Okay, thanks for your help guys!
