Critique my truck please!
 

I'm new to the site so I thought I would offer up my truck to everyone's criticism! I've owned the truck for about 2 years now and have managed to rack up about 65,000 miles. The build has been done over the past two years by myself and with the help of a few friends that run a custom shop. I have invested over $14K so far, and although I can't seem to justify it by looking at it, I can't think of one thing i'd change!

The build is still in process, so feel free to leave suggestions. It is used mostly to pull my race trailer, so I can't justify a big lift or anything like that (or I haven't found a way to yet anyway) but I have loaded it with a nice AV system for my many road trips.

I think it's a great looking truck....only thing I can see is some nerf bars maybe.:thumbsup:

Get a lariat console lid.
Get an exhaust system.

Is your bumpers black chrome or just a reflection? They dont look like regular chrome.

Eagle Alloy Series 178, with Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires. Ironically they weren't what I ordered, but I got a huge discount from the seller to not ship them back so I kept them and actually like them now. I do wish my tires were bigger though. We didn't know what we could get away with so we went conservative. Oh well, next time.

Can't say i've ever seen a lariat console. I'll look into that one, thanks!
Any Suggestions on the exhaust? I am still running stock exhaust as most of my drives are 6 to 12 hours long and I didn't want anything loud. I have an exhaust leak at the manifold now so I an looking into headers and a cat-back, but I will not tollerate a drone of any kind inside my cab. Who makes a decent exhaust that isn't much louder then stock?

The bumpers are actually just the stock ones completely painted black. I actually paited all the plastic parts on the truck black except the bed caps (it is a work truck by day).

i see harley heads in your trucks future. Also magnaflow has the best exhaust with no drone. And you painted the plastic part of the fogs too. I want to do the same also

you are a brave man asking f150online to critique your truck :D. i like it. Im not sure if you should go with HD heads. I dont think you should. I think the truck is nice, not sure if 14k is justifyable but its still a very clean and well-done truck.

maybe it's time for a new grill.

Dude, you screwed your truck up, You had some good idea's, I think if you tried it one more time you could probably get it right.

Since your a fellow F150 member, I'll goahead and trade trucks with you, and then you'll have a new canvas to work with. I'll shoulder the responsibility of driving that sweeeet lookin truuuck ( I mean Ugly truck around) I even trade you straight up, you dont even have to give me any money for it.....
