So I have an 06 FX4 Flareside Scab with Chrome Running boards...

Well I want to have them sprayed with Line-X or paint them black...

Thought before I do this,
I'd see if anyone wanted to swap Line-X'd or Black running boards for my chrome ones?

 

are you talking about the black plastic to swap or the tube to swap??

 

if you can't swap them, i know that BLACKOUTFX4 taped off the foot pad, cleaned the bars, scuffed them up and painted them with krylon fusion. i think it turned out pretty good.

 

I have the Chrome Metal ones with the rubber on top and at the ends. Looking to swap for the same kind but Black or Line-X...

yeah, i painted mine but they are polished aluminum NOT chrome. i dont think painting chrome will come out so good. if they are aluminum GO FOR IT!!

 

i guess i didnt phrase it right. Do you want the same tube steps in black or the plastic steps in black?(look in my gallery)

what would it cost to have them rhino/linexed? I was thinging about getting my chrome steps done.
