Axle Code Designation

Can anyone tell me what the axle code H9 designates?
Is this the 8.8, or 9 inch?

If you have the 5.4, it is a 9.75". If you have the 4.2 or 4.6, it is an 8.8.

What size engine do you have? 5.4 equipped trucks get the 9.75, trucks with the 4.6 and the V-6 get the 8.8.

do the superduty's have a 9.75 as well? is it conceivable that you could go to a wreckers and get the gears out of a superduty and put them into an f-150?
