200 to spend. which to get?
Are you ssure you've done your research? We discussed in another thread the carrier break for the 9.75, and with 4.56s, you will need a new carrier. That will put you well over $200, espacilay if you go back with a limited slip.
Assuming that for around $200 you can somehow get a set of good, reliable gears, hands down go that way. It'll give you a LOT more bang for your buck. A tuner would def. help, but not as much as the gears imho.

**** happens, He might break up with his GF and then hes ****ed on gears. I'd go with gears DEFINATELY.
