Take it off and put it back on. Double check all your mounting points. I have no whistle in mine. I think you've had one too many hits to the bong.

I wish, took it back off, all mounting points are good and everyhthing is snapped in place I guess I will just have to turn the radio up loud as soon as I hit 75 mph plus

I would try putting the old grille back in. I sure can't see your grill causing this problem.

The only thing I can think of is maybe your K&N drone is more prominant then before now that the Roush grille is in place. I am only speculating as I do not have this problem with my roush grille.
