I have an 04 screw FX4 and recently it has developed a vibration or rattle under the hood. It is at idle and is really bad when AC is on. The rattle is caused by the snorkle between the intake and the fender vibrating. It just appears to fit loose into the air filter box. Has anybody else had this problem or knows how to fix it? Warranty has expired of course. Thanks fro any info...

 

I just pushed mine back into the fender. No more vibe.

 

X2- I had the same thing happen, much more in the winter.
