Long story short. . .I sent my NAV unit off to be reprogrammed to add the factory sub option. When I get the unit back, the diagnostics say subwoofer is turned on, however no subwoofer control menu appears under the audio options with the bass and treble.

I figured maybe it would appear after I got the subwoofer connected. Well, I got the factory sub unit in today, and I get no sound from it. I highly doubt the sub is bad. Any ideas? I just want some ROI here! The factory harness was under the carpet, and I have connected all 3 harnesses to the NAV unit when I reinstalled it.

Do the steering wheel controls and the subwoofer use the same harness plug?
