Homemade HD lights PICS

So I bought Jwools old lights so I could experiment. I am glad I did because it took me two days. I was extremely paranoid I would crack something so I took my sweet time. Definitely a little bit of a challenge, I cut my handup with a flat head pretty bad but no biggie. I decide to leave the reflective parts uniform and black out the turn signal lenses. I screwed up a little on the left light because there was a scuff mark inside that I thought was outside. That light has an air leak so I will take it apart eventually. P.S. if you want to check if it has a leak squeeze it and you will hear the air whoosh out. Hardest part aside of seperating the housing since I wouldn't leave them in the full time my fault.. was masking off the edges to be completely straight.

The glow is from my camera..

Dam your truck looks sick. I don't have the patience to do that, so I just hunted ebay forever and got a set of FX2's. Good job.

I now have another mod on my to-do list. What paint is used inside the housing?

Truck looks awsome. If I can find another pair I will probably do that. I just know that it will take me more than a day to do it the way I want and I kinda need lights on my truck.

I did a write-up last year sometime.

I drove without mine for 2-3 days while they were drying. I just made sure to be home before night time.
