Newbie!!

Well I figured it was time to register and introduce myself. I've been an avid lurker for the past month.

I'm Adam and I'm a former owner of a Dodge product, and just recently joined the ranks of the Blue Ovals. I purchased a new to me 2004 Screw XLT with the 5.4. My primary use for the truck is to tow my camper, but I have aspirations to create a mild street rod. To date, the only mods are, Access roll up bed cover and Westin chrome tube side step bars. There will be more to come and I will create a gallery soon to document the changes.

Thanks for your time.....

howdy

how does the "new" truck do when pulling your camper? the white on white looks nice. now you need to find some FX4 fender flares and paint your campers fender flares black

Lightbulb No Kidding

No Kidding about the money situation. I'm already in the doghouse for what I spend on the truck. Just today, I went and picked up some Putco handle covers. My personal choice is a little chrome. Trying to find the perfect grille for my look.

Does anyone know anything about a leveling kit? Does it raise the front or lower the back? I may decide against it if it will affect the rear handling with the trailer attached. What do you guys think?

Welcome I had a 2.5 AS on my truck (b4 my lift) .Had no problem pulling my 4800lb travel trailer. Now with a 6" + 2"AS and 315`s truck still pulls ok . You should have no problems.
